Milestone 2.0

yt-2.0 is going to be composed of a few major components:

• Fully embedded support, including fixed-res projections that operate in parallel
• Time-series data will be handled in a primary fashion, and objects will become transformed into largely-disconnected 'operators'
• Parallelism will be finely grained utilizing context managers
• The new GUI will have embeddable VTK scenes and will be based on Traits, easily maintainable and extensible
• The code base will be re-organized
• Support for basic reading of Gadget datasets
