Milestone 2.0

yt-2.0 is going to be composed of a few major components. The primary focus of this release will be re-organizing the code base with an eye at generalizing yt as a platform.

• The code base will be re-organized
• Enzo-isms will be removed and replaced with generally useful names and terminologies.
• Time-series data will be handled in a primary fashion, and objects will become transformed into largely-disconnected 'operators'
• Parallelism will be finely grained utilizing context managers
• The plotting layer will be refactored
